Reading Transport collects the information needed to book, confirm, operate, and support transportation requests. This may include name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, schedule, passenger count, luggage, notes, trip messages, boarding verification, and driver location signals during active service.

How Data Is Used

Data is used for dispatch confirmation, driver routing, passenger updates, capacity checks, support, safety review, and administrative reporting.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe. Reading Transport servers do not store raw card numbers.

Sharing

Trip details may be shared with dispatch, assigned drivers, admin operators, and service providers needed to operate the ride. Passenger data is not sold.
