Reading Transport provides door-to-door transportation between Reading, PA, New York City, and supported airport routes. Online and app requests are not final until dispatch confirms pickup timing, route capacity, payment method, and passenger details.

Booking

Passengers must provide accurate pickup address, destination, phone number, passenger count, luggage details, and any accessibility or flight notes. Dispatch may place a request on hold if the route, timing, or capacity needs review.

Payments

Reading Transport uses Stripe for card and wallet payments. Passengers authorize payment through Stripe checkout; Reading Transport servers do not store raw card numbers.

Pickup And Cancellations

Passengers should be ready before the confirmed pickup window. If a passenger cancels, misses pickup, or changes details late, dispatch may adjust the trip, fees, or future booking requirements.
